He was born on Thursday August 31, 1961 in San Diego, Califronia the son of the late Sid Montgomery and Lillian Monroe-Montgomery.

Sidney's Interment will take place on Saturday, Oct 19 at 2:00-2:45 PM at Fort Lincoln Cemetery 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Bladensburg

Services will be officiated by Evangelist Doris Thompson Church of Jesus Christ Washington,DC
