Kenda P. Foreman, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on November 8, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Shea Foreman, her daughters Ta’Nya A’China Ward and Carmen Christina Foreman, her father-in-law Elvin Foreman Sr., brother-in-law Elvin Jr., and sister-in-law Celeste. Kenda’s parents, Arthur Lee Ward and Sandra P. Ward-Wooten, preceded her in death.
