Arretta Ernestine Jefferson, age 70 years, of Silver Spring, MD, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Hillhaven Nursing & Rehab Center. Arretta was born in the District of Columbia, on Wednesday, February 8, 1950, daughter of France LaGorlen Jefferson and Adelaide Frances Payne. Arretta worked as an Administrative Assistant for the federal government.
