Obituary of Staci Greenwell

Staci Ann (Vieira) Greenwell, 51, of Woodbridge, VA passed away on March 26th, 2020 at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. unexpectedly, after being diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). She was the beloved wife of Adam Greenwell. Born in New Bedford, MA, the cherished daughter of Theresa (Trahan) Vieira and the late Robert C. Vieira, she lived in Virginia for the last 15 years. She worked in many facets of CVS within the pharmacy in both Massachusetts and Virginia for 25 years before becoming a stay at home Mom. She enjoyed her volunteer work at Occoquan Elementary School and doing scouts activities. Her true life's work was raising Mason, there was nothing she loved more. Survivors include: her husband; her precious son, Mason Greenwell, of Woodbridge, VA; 2 sisters, Robyn Rogers and her husband Joseph, Jayne Angulo and her husband Raphael, and a brother, Jason Vieira, all of New Bedford; a devoted mother-in-law Lorna Greenwell, father-in-law Michael Greenwell, and sister-in-law Rebecca Greenwell; 10 nieces and nephews, Larissa, Caleb, Kaileen, Sydney, Spencer, Madison, Aiden, Dakota, Gabriella, and Noah; a great-niece, Londyn, and several cousins. There will be a memorial service on a later date.
