Obituary of Eric Dubuche
Please share a memory of Eric to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Evangelist Eric Dubuche, 65, of Silver Spring, MD made a peaceful transition into eternal glory on April 7th, 2020.
Evangelist Eric Dubuche was born in Jacmel, Haiti to Amicis and Viergina Michel Dubuche on December 13th, 1954. Growing up in Haiti Evangelist Eric Dubuche enjoyed sports and would often be found playing soccer with his brothers and friends. When off the field, Evangelist Eric Dubuche could be found doing what he loved, reading a book. Evangelist Eric Dubuche went to high school at College Yves Albert Boucher. Shortly after graduating high school in 1981, Eric moved to the United States of America where he met his lovely wife Nadia Dubuche. The two wed in March 1988 and raised eight children in Silver Spring, MD. Evangelist Eric Dubuche’s favorite pastime was reading and his passion for learning led him to earn a degree from Parks College in Homeland Security.
Evangelist Eric Dubuche’s zeal for a deeper understanding, and knowledge of the Lord led him to continue his education and receive a diploma in Biblical Studies from Capitol Bible Institute in 2009. Evangelist Eric Dubuche accepted the call to ministry while under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Jean St. Ulme and Pastor Joseph Theodore. Evangelist Eric Dubuche pastored a local assembly in Silver Spring, MD and was later ordained as Evangelist at Eglise Baptist Du Calvaire where he traveled to preach the good news of Jesus Christ full time. Eric lived a full life, committed to the cause of Christ. Evangelist Eric Dubuche taught with power, preached with vigor and lived the words he preached. The immeasurable amount of grace on his life was evident though every heart he touched and his passion for ministry could be felt through every message he preached. May his words, his teachings and his legacy live in our hearts forever.
Evangelist Eric Dubuche is survived by his Wife, Nadia Dubuche and children; Starly Dubuche-Najac, Theodate and wife Jennifer Dubuche, Joseph Dubuche, Eirene and wife Brytani Dubuche, Hadassa Dubuche, Sedeka and husband Brian Cunningham, Kodesha and husband Brian Dinkins and Tsemacha Dubuche. His Grandchildren: Allen Stevens Najac, Abraham Dinkins, Zyere Dubuche, Gabriel Cunningham, Ezra Dinkins and his granddaughter that he was anxiously awaiting to meet later in the year. While we are saddened by the passing of Evangelist Eric Dubuche, we find rest in knowing that Evangelist Eric Dubuche transitioned as an empty vessel, as he gave of himself freely and selflessly so that others would know that Jesus Christ is Lord.
