Former Maryland resident Steed “Steedy” Glaudin, 48, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 11, 2020, at his home in Rockville, Maryland due to COVID-19.

Carlo is known as “Pop” and the late Marlene Glaudin moved to the United States in the early seventies and gave birth to two sons. Steed was the youngest of the two. “Pop” and his late mother has always said, “Steed was so full of life and loved life.” Steed’s longtime friends (Olwen Williams, Devin Barnes, Jide Abu, and Eric Littlejohn) remembers him as a “gentle giant”, “big brother”,“teddy bear” and, a calming present. Steed was a caring and loving person. He enjoyed traveling, playing basketball, swimming, biking, music, spending time with family and friends.

Steed was employed at Whole Food for twenty-eight years where worked the front line to make sure coworkers, friends, family, and customer's essential needs were met. Steed assisted in helping customers remain in a chaotic time. His interactions with everyone he encountered was always kind and encouraging.
