Chauncey Javan Offutt of Montgomery County, MD was born May 11, 1979 to the parents Dorothy A. Offutt & Steve Joseph Mondestin. Chauncey attended Springbrook High School where he played on Springbrook High School Football Team. Being a good and outstanding individual was his accomplishments in life. Chauncey leaves behind his mother Dorothy A. Ouffutt two sisters, Selina N. Offutt, Valincia N. Offutt, grandmother Carmelia Mondestin, three aunts, two uncles, and a host of many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father the late Steve Joseph Mondestin.
