Gail Glaspie was my very very special friend. We both worked on Capitol Hill and regularly shared information, experiences etc about our immediate and extended families, particularly during our children formative years attending private schools in the DMV. I first learned of the Black Student Fund from Gail who was a regular volunteer. She was extremely passionate in ensuring her children receive a quality education and enriching social experiences. Having a graceful demeanor and impeccable style, she always did everything with class and a smile. I am so distraught to learn of her earthly transition but relieved that she’s in her heavenly home.
