All that had the pleasure of working with Shannon were truly blessed with a gracious, friendly and respectful man. He made our days brighter through his friendship and joyous spirit. We are heartbroken and express our deepest sympathy to his friends and family. The world is a sadder place without Shannon.
Shannon was a kind and thoughtful man. When he came to West Point, I saw the outstanding father he was to his children. He was a dedicated professional and inspired all of those who met him. Comfort and peace to his family.
