On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, God sent a band of angels to his son, Thomas Anthony Lambert, and they whispered gently in his ear "Peace be thine, come in and take rest”. Thomas Anthony Lambert (AKA Tony) was born December 25, 1961, to the late Betty Ann Lambert and through her union, with George L. Lambert, Sr. Tony was a stepson to the late Marjorie Lambert, who was fascinated with Tony’s adventurous spirit.

He leaves to cherish loving memories a son Paul, sister Diane (nephew D’Juan), brother George (niece Marjha, great-niece Logan), sister Robin (Vance), and stepbrother Andre (wife Cynthia, niece Laurielle and nephews Andre Jr. and Nicholas), stepsister Rochelle (niece Taylor), 5 Aunts (Gaither), 2 Uncles (Gaither) and 1 uncle (Lambert) 2 Aunts (Lambert), 6 Aunts (Young), 5 Uncles (Young) and longtime friend Thelma.

Tony attended Gladys K. McGogney elementary school and G. Gardner Shugart middle school then later continued his education at DC Job Corp. Once he completed the Job Corp, he enrolled in a training program to become a caregiver for AIDS patients. He worked as a construction worker and had a special talent for painting. Tony lived his life to the fullest, exploring one adventure after another, and along the way, he embraced new friends
