Obituary of Mary Carter

Please share a memory of Mary to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Mary Carter was born in Prince Georges County, Maryland to James Edward Hazel and Frances Lillian Sullivan on August 2, 1955. She departed this life on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Georgetown Hospital in Washington, District Of Columbia.

Mary was an avid bingo player. She was a fierce lady, she never gave up on anything. She could pretty much do anything she put her mind to, even when she got sick.  It’s like nothing stopped her. Believe it or not she could lay some tile floors and was a perfectionist at it. If  there was a will she made a way. Mary was one of the strongest women you could have ever met. She was a dedicated homemaker, and she loved her family with her all and she was one of a kind.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory nine children: George, Jennifer, Ray, Timmy, Randy, Jason, Candice, Timothy and Trevor, eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, three daughter-in-laws and one son-in-law. Mary is also survived by four sisters and two brothers.  Mary had many friends and will be missed dearly.
