Obituary of Aaron DeWitt Kinney
Aaron DeWitt Kinney was called home on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, Maryland. He was 48 years old.
Aaron was born in Washington, D.C. to Carolyn L. Foulks and the late Grady D. Kinney on May 25, 1970. Aaron was raised to love God; so, it was at an early age, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. that he decided to give his life to the Lord Jesus Christ. He attended public schools in both The District of Columbia and Prince George’s County Maryland. Upon graduation, he was employed with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD. He served at NIH as a FAITHFUL federal government employee for the past 29 years.
Aaron will always be remembered for the love he had for his family and for being a LOYAL fan to his favorite sports teams. Aaron was very influential in raising his sons. Aaron leaves to cherish: three sons, Nigel Crawford-Kinney, Travaughn Kinney and Kavaughn Kinney, his mother,Carolyn L. Foulks. his siblings: Adrienne Kinney, Avery Kinney, Sr. (IrisKinney), his aunts/uncles: Constance Mason, Charlene Brewington (LeonBrewington), and William Mason, his nephew Avery Kinney, Jr. and hisniece, Jayla Kinney, and great niece, Madison Kinney and host of cousins and friends.
