My deepest sympathy to my cousin Sandra and family. Phil had such a good humor and would always having you laughing. I remember when he brought his SUV Navigator he was at my mother's birthday party. I said I liked that Navigator. He said he navigated over here and we laughed together. Phil would keep you laughing about something. How well I remember you Cousin Phil and the beautiful gift of song that GOD had blessed you with.
