I have so many fond memories of Joe and his endless work for the Maryland Choral Society. He was so proud of his Rodgers Organ and showed it to me. When he and Vanette moved, he gave the organ to Bethany Christian Church and I got to play it for MCS and a couple other occasions. He was a very special person and I want to express my condolences to the family--and thank you for sharing him with us at MCS. God's blessings and comfort to you all. Serena Moore

I can speak for everyone in Maryland Choral Society when I say that we all hold such wonderful memories of Joe and appreciation for all he did for MCS for so many years!! He was definitely one of the best friends and members the group has every had. On a personal note, I appreciate so much his friendship with my folks, Susanne and Charles, I know that Mom loved both Joe and Vanette and enjoyed spending time and making music with them. I hope to attend on Saturday with Lisa Humerickhouse and to see you all then...I am so sorry I did not get to greet you yesterday at our Brahms Requiem performance. I believe I have more than one recording that Joe made of us singing that same work with Richard Giarusso and Sam Gordon. Love and Blessings to the family, Kathy K and Rick Albert
